Baron George Brown, Deputy Leader of the Labour Party 1960 - 70, and irresistible political character, George Brown continually said, “Can you say that with your hand on your heart?”, in a saintly manner, whilst wearing his own on his sleeve.
The original painting art board is approximately 33cm wide x 44cm tall. The artwork is float mounted on to conservation grade mountboard and presented in a white wooden box frame glazed with anti-reflective glass.
