Information
Playing on the idea of living on the ceiling, Neil and Stephen lie on their backs, feet in the air. The addition of the shoe-trees 'grounds' the image and adds an additional puzzle. Blancmange were always great to shoot because they would involve themselves fully, whatever scenario was to hand. This image, taken for Smash Hits, being a prime example.
